When you connect social networks, commerce tools or other integrations, we collect the account information, content, messages, media, analytics and permissions needed to provide the Komo service.
We also collect usage data, device information, log data, cookies and similar identifiers to secure, improve and personalize Komo.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate and improve the Komo platform.
- Authenticate users, manage workspaces and process payments.
- Publish, schedule, route and analyze content at your direction.
- Train, tune and operate product features, including AI features, according to your settings and applicable law.
- Send service messages, support replies and product updates.
- Detect, prevent and investigate abuse, fraud and security incidents.
3. How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us host infrastructure, process payments, deliver support, analyze product performance and operate integrations. We may also share information when you direct us to connect a third-party service, when required by law or as part of a merger, acquisition or financing.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer social content for third-party advertising.
4. AI features
Komo includes AI-powered drafting, classification, recommendations and automation. Inputs and outputs may be processed by trusted AI providers to deliver those features. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or sending it.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide Komo, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. You may delete content or request account deletion by following our data deletion instructions.
6. Your choices
You can update account details, disconnect integrations, manage cookie preferences in your browser and unsubscribe from marketing emails. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export personal information.
7. International transfers
Komo may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards when transferring personal information internationally.
8. Children's privacy
Komo is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
