This template is provided for your product launch and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before use with customers.
1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account, accessing Komo or using any Komo service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Komo for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for configuring team permissions appropriately.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload, draft, publish, schedule or receive through Komo. You grant Komo a limited license to host, process, transmit, display and use that content as needed to provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring your content and campaigns comply with applicable laws, platform rules, disclosure requirements and intellectual property rights.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Komo to spam, harass, scrape unlawfully, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass platform limits, send deceptive messages or violate social network terms. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or risk to the service.
5. Integrations and third-party services
Komo connects with social networks, payment processors, commerce tools and other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. Komo is not responsible for third-party service availability, changes or content.
6. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in an order form. You can cancel from your account settings or by contacting support.
7. AI and automation
Komo may generate drafts, recommendations, classifications or automated responses. You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before using them publicly or sending them to customers.
8. Service changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features from time to time. We will try to provide reasonable notice when a material change negatively affects paid customers.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Komo is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Komo's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using Komo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for Komo or others, or fail to pay fees when due.
